Costs​

Netherlands Pavilion - FULL

Cost for participation in the "Netherlands Pavilion" is 4.500 euros excluding VAT for one company (with a maximum of two persons) and will be invoiced prior to the trip.

A desk at the booth is including a locable desk, logo display, a 43 inch tv for your usb.

Local transportation and participation, matchmaking, conferences, marketing materials, lunches, and dinners mentioned in the program are included.

Visitor

Cost for participation as a visitor are 500 euros excluding VAT for one company, one person and will be invoiced prior to the trip.

Flights and hotel accommodations are at your own expense. After registration you will receive a link where you can book your hotel at a special rate. Transportation to and from the exhibition will be organized from this hotel.

SIB voucher RVO

With a mission voucher, you can participate in an outbound trade mission. You can apply for an SIB mission voucher to cover the participation fee. Visit the RVO website for more information about this and the criteria your company must meet to be eligible.

Conditions

1. The registration form must be fully completed

2. A maximum of 2 people may participate per company when you have a booth

3. The participant(s) are expected to attend the entire program. If any part is missed, the price remains the same, and deviations are the responsibility and at the expense of the participant

4. The registration is confirmed once the participant receives confirmation including invoice from BOM

5. Free cancellation is possible til December 31, 2024 for pavilion members. After this date, the full costs will be charged

6. The invoice for participation in the business trip must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date

7. After the event, the participant will receive an evaluation form and is expected to complete it as thoroughly as possible
